Со над два милиони фанови на социјалните мрежи, оваа фитнес блогерка беше идеал за убавина на многумина.

Тогаш забремени, па бројот на фанови се намали, а критиките станаа жестоки. Причината за тоа ќе ве изнервира.

For me this whole “snap back” idea is unrealistic – it’s taking me hard work, consistency and patience. I’ve got a saggy belly, extra body fat, cellulite, stretch marks & I’ve lost a lot of muscle but my abs are still under there when I flex my butt off haha! ? I’m 2 days into my FIT Program and I’m doing the home workouts and I’m feeling absolutely amazing! The endorphins are real! ??? . Becoming a mum has changed me in so many ways. Some changes are positive and some could be seen as negative but I’m choosing to focus on the positives and the things I can control – such as working out and eating healthy. . Many people have told me things like: “your body is ruined” and “your body will never be the same”. – You’re right, it will be BETTER! ?? . The best strength you can have in my opinion is mental strength and I’m much stronger mentally than I’ve ever been and I believe I can do whatever I set my mind to. I WILL get fit and strong again and I’m gonna have a rockin bod to match! Watch me!!… or even better JOIN ME! Happy Monday everyone (Sunday if you’re not there yet haha) ? I’m so happy to be back home from LA, I love it there and had a very successful trip, but nothing beats being home. ? I’m back eating nutritious food (with some treats here and there) and I’m back training at the gym! I can’t wait to share with you all the exciting things that are happening this year! Whatever it is you want in life you’ve gotta believe you can achieve it and that you deserve it! For many years I didn’t believe I was capable or worthy of going for my dreams but I decided to start. Nothing is going to happen while you’re sitting around not doing anything… just do SOMETHING – commit to something and work hard and smart. . Tell yourself: “I am worthy” “I am capable” “I am deserving” . – Really OWN your place in the world. ??? . Appreciate everything you have, be proud of every step you take, celebrate the small wins and enjoy the process along the way. Anything is possible! ?? Go for it! ? . P.S. -Идејата за експресно враќање во форма е нереална. За тоа треба многу време, упорност и трпение. Мојот стомак виси, имам вишок кожа, целулит, стрии. Мускулите ги изгубив, ама еве почнав да вежбам и да внимавам на исхраната. Мајчинството ме промени на многу нивоа. Некои промени се позитивни, а некои негативни. Се трудам да се фокусирам на позитивните работи и на тоа што можам да го контролирам.. Вежбам и се хранам здраво. Многумина ми кажаа дека моето тело е “уништено“ и дека “никогаш нема да се вратам на старо“. Им порачувам дека телото ќе го направам подобро од што некогаш ми беше. Најважна сила е менталната сила, а јас тука сум посилна од било кога. Да, пак ќе бидам силна и згодна. Само гледајте ме или подобро-придружете ми се, порача таа.

You may already know from my IG story… I’m supposed to be in LA now but there was something wrong with my plane and the flight got cancelled. My flight got rebooked for tomorrow so I came back home, had a sleep and got some sun! I’ve managed to irritate the nerve in my neck (I think it was from having a massage) and I’ve been in so much pain! I really want to train but it’s been one thing after another at the moment and I could count on one hand the amount of times I’ve trained in the past 6 weeks! ? It’s not a huge deal though, I just continue to eat nutritious food and it keeps me healthy and lean. – Stressing about it is the worst thing you can do! Sometimes things happen out of our control and we can either be miserable and feel sorry for ourselves or just accept it and do the best we can! In times like these I try to remind myself that things could always be worse… a LOT worse! It’s all about that perspective! ??☺ .

I did a resistance band workout today. Mia didn’t want to be away from me so I brought her outside with me so she could watch me. It worked out well because I got to give her kisses in between sets! ?? . It’s hard to get a workout in with a newborn who needs their mummy constantly but I fit it in when I can – as long as it’s not taking me away from Mia. . I’m feeling so good being able to exercise lightly! It reminds me why I started living this lifestyle in the first place (about 8.5 years ago). Being healthy and active makes me feel great! It helps with everything in my life – especially being a mother now. ? Bring on next week when I start my FIT Program with all the ladies in my FIT community! I’m so pumped! ??
