A new foundation stone will be laid today by the Johnson Matthey Company on the location for its new catalyst plant in the free economic zone of Bunardzik.

This plant is a new investment of 10 million Euros and was announced a week ago by the Prime Minister, Nikola Gruevski.

The Prime Minister, Gruevski, and the Executive Director of the Sector for Environmental Technologies in Johnson Matthey, Larry Pentz, will lay the foundation stone of the plant which is going to be built.

The numerous guests will include the UK Ambassador to Macedonia, Christopher Yvon, and the US Аmbassador, Paul Wahlers.

Last week, the Prime Minister informed that apart from this new significant investment for Macedonia, at the end of May or beginning of June, new collaborations will start with Kenneth Electronics, which has already started hiring new employees and providing machines, as well as with a Swiss plant for windmill manufacturing.

Johnson Matthey also sells automobile parts.

Preparations are underway for the opening of Technocozy Factory from Italy, which will be making different types of pumps.
